OBJETIVO:
- Ajudar a apoiar a equipe de desenvolvimento e o proprietário do produto (PO) em entregando valor incremental a cada sprint para os produtos-são conhecedores do scrum e são capazes de para educar outras pessoas sobre metodologias e práticas ágeis- removem impedimentos e agem como um escudo de distrações externas- criam um ambiente de trabalho seguro para a equipe.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Garantir a aplicação correta da mentalidade ágil e suas ferramentas.
- Construa e treine equipes de alto desempenho.
- Liderar e gerenciar todas as atividades relacionadas ao Scrum para pods construindo produtos digitais e/ou outros métodos ágeis times.
- Relatórios ágeis para entender a capacidade da equipe evelocidade.
- Garantir que as ações da equipe estejam alinhadas com o resultado finalobjetivo.
- Ambiente de aprendizado contínuo.
REQUISITOS:
- Superior Completo.
- Inglês fluente.
- Experiência como Scrum Master em indústria de bens de consumo não apenas consultoria.
- Experiência com Jira/Confluence.
