Description & Requirements

The Senior Analyst- Content Creation- Global Communications is a valued member of the Global Internal Communications Team- and a storyteller for the company and its business leaders.

In this role- you will be responsible for developing a mix of visual- written- digital and video content to support the external and internal storytelling efforts of the Global Communications Team.  

Reporting to the Lead- Global Internal Communications- you will partner with team members and key company stakeholders to oversee all elements of visual company storytelling- such as branding and graphic design- still photography and data visualizations / infographics.  You will also have a dotted line reporting relationship to our Manager- Global Digital Content Creation- supporting on video content development and production.

You will coordinate with team members to develop a content calendar- advise on appropriate content treatments to support communications objectives- lead pre-and post-production work- and deliver a variety of content pieces.

While your focus will primarily be on delivering internal-facing content- you will also support on external content needs- partnering with our external communications and employer branding teams.

You will also contribute to our internal communications channel strategy and governance process by helping to develop content guidelines ensuring consistency across channels- supporting on a process to manage internal content requests- and helping to manage an ‘always-on’ content calendar.

With a background or expertise in graphic design and/or video production- you will proudly have a history of creating high-quality content- quickly. You will be inspired by culture and bring these insights to deliver the most relevant and impactful content for our employee audience.

You will also ensure that all communications reflect the Company’s core values and advance Kraft Heinz’s business strategy.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with team leadership to collaborate on developing a visual storytelling strategy and content calendar for the Global Communications Team

  • Contribute to our channel governance process by inputting into content/design guidelines and process

  • Work with wider team to manage an internal ‘always-on’ content calendar and process- contributing to a regular cadence of company news for employees on appropriate channels

  • Share cultural insights to consistently improve the relevance and impact of our content

  • Support Global Communications team in graphic design production for external and internal content. Design to include- but is not limited to- PowerPoint templates- internal branding elements- infographics and data visualizations- GIFs- etc. You will also contribute to written content geared towards a broad employee audience  

  • Support Manager- Digital Content Creation- in video production for external and internal audiences

  • Support effort to build b-roll content suite and maintain asset library for use across internal and external channels

  • Assist in developing software and equipment needs to support internal graphic design studio; support in upskilling internal comms teams world-wide in basic graphic design programs (e.g. Canva) and skills

  • As necessary- engage our communications agency partner to assist in content creation that goes beyond the ability of one person

  • Help Global Communications team instill a sense of urgency- cohesiveness and teamwork in Kraft Heinz’s workforce and inspire confidence and credibility among stakeholders.

  • Ensure that all communications reflect the Company’s core values and advance Kraft Heinz’s business strategy.

Qualifications

Domain Expertise

  • 5+ years in graphic design / branding and/or video production- editing and content delivery

Experiences

  • BA in Communications or equivalent

Individual Skills

  • Ambitious- strong project activator- collaborator- team player and individual contributor.

  • Robust graphic design skills- from ideation to final delivery

  • Strong writing skills- with an ability to simplify complex messages into plain language for a broad audience

  • Video production experience and/or a desire to upskill in this area- with guidance from a manager

  • High degree of personal and professional savvy and experience to inspire confidence among audiences at all levels of the organization. Client service experience would be an asset

  • Creative mindset and visual thinker- able to translate words into visual content (graphics- video- etc.)
