Description & Requirements

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Senior Analyst to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The position will report to the Senior Manager- Global Business Services (GBS) Program Management Office. The role will have responsibility for managing GBS Team performance through MBOs (Management By Objectives) and KPIs reporting- for monitoring and reporting BPO providers Contractual Compliance and for supporting performance management of Service Levels. Additionally- role will support globally GBS Program governance & routines and Projects controls.

Kraft Heinz GBS team is a global network of Integrated Service Centers comprised of +1-200 resources supporting Finance- People & Performance- Supply Chain and Sales Kraft Heinz functions- with the Vision to deliver best in class services through process excellence- digital transformation and customer centricity.

The ideal candidate would have excellent organization skills and attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead performance management of KPIs associated with GBS Teams MBOs
  • Monitor contractual Deliverables and Obligations of our BPO providers
  • Run processes and actions supporting Service Levels and metrics revision- enhancement and validation
  • Partner with Operations to build Service Level reporting and dashboards control
  • Support running the GBS governance framework and routines
  • Support control of GBS Project portfolio in project management tools (ServiceNow)- and liaise with various teams to assure data quality and tools reliability
  • Drive user adoption of tools and processes and identify enhancements required to improve user experience and performance management

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree required with 3-5 years of work experience
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Have excellent data and tools management capabilities
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Analytical thinking
  • Ability to influence others
  • Time management has no secrets for you. You’re organized- structured and always have an overview of the critical milestones- risks and actions
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
