Role
The Senior Analyst- ITC Fundamentals & Analytics provides day to day support and oversight of the reporting and analytical functions for the North American Invoice to Cash organization. They assist in daily tracking- reporting and analytical view ownership for the various Invoice to Cash sub towers. This role will be tasked with delivering comprehensive reports- practical data- and analysis for functional and business leaders within the KHC organization- for all Invoice to Cash related activities.
Primary Responsibilities
Has direct ownership for the reporting and analytical activities within the Invoice to Cash organization. This role will be a key contributor with respect to metric identification- KPI development- department performance measurement- and executive level analysis. In addition- this role will partner with Invoice to Cash leadership to supervise strategic delivery of project management initiatives across the Invoice to Cash arena.
- Develop insights that will allow the Invoice to Cash organization to evaluate key performance indicator trends and identify actions to enable improved performance
- Monitor- report- and analyze relevant Invoice to Cash health metrics within collections- cash application- deductions- and credit sub-towers
- Lead ad hoc and recurring routines to improve reporting and analysis based on standardization- effectiveness- and stakeholder requirements.
- Provide ideation and new insights into the senior leadership Invoice to Cash reporting suite that identifies AR health and other company critical views.
- Build and analyze annual- quarterly- and monthly forecasts of Invoice to Cash metrics for review with senior management and business partners.
- Assess the Invoice to Cash insight and transparency needs through collaboration with business leaders to drive design- implementation- and improvement of data analysis and accuracy
- Own the development and launch of effective data visualization and analytics to simplify complex Invoice to Cash process flows that enable faster decision making for management
- Cross-collaborate with GBS- Accounting- Sales- Sales Finance- Operations- and other corporate functions to understand and review reporting and analytical needs related to Invoice to Cash activities.
Qualifications
- Comfortable balancing multiple data sources- building dashboards and reports- developing strategic insights and monitoring business performance on key metrics.
- Proven experience with process management and continuous improvement.
- Experience building responsive user interfaces and data visualizations using BI- Tableau and other similar reporting and analytical tools.
- Strong eye for business- interpersonal- communication and negotiation skills
- High Radius experience a plus.
