Description & Requirements

As a Senior Analyst, IT EWM Testing, you will design, develop, and implement training programs for the Extended Warehouse Management system. You will play a significant role in ensuring that the organization's workforce is proficient in applying EWM to optimize warehouse operations efficiently. This role involves understanding the business processes, creating training materials, and conducting training sessions for end-users and support staff.

Key responsibilities include:

Training Program Development:

  • Analyze business requirements and EWM functionalities to identify training needs.

  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs for different user groups, including warehouse staff, supervisors, and support personnel.

Training Material Creation:

  • Develop training materials such as manuals, guides, videos, and presentations.

  • Ensure training materials are user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest EWM system features and updates.

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and support staff, both in-person and through virtual platforms.

  • Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate various learning styles and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Customized Training Plans:

  • Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different departments and roles within the organization.

  • Provide ongoing support and additional training sessions as needed to address user concerns and challenges.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with EWM implementation teams, project managers, and key partners to align training programs with project timelines and objectives.

  • Collaborate with domain experts to incorporate sophisticated practices and industry standards into training content.

Feedback and Evaluation:

  • Implement mechanisms for capturing feedback on training efficiency.

  • Regularly evaluate and update training programs based on user feedback, system improvements, and changes in business processes.

Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of training sessions, attendance, and user progress.

  • Develop and update documentation related to EWM processes and procedures.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Advanced experience in implementing Supply Chain solutions, ideally with focus on Logistics Systems implementations or information technology related field.

  • Understanding/experience working in an agile development methodology.

  • Interpersonal skills encouraged both oral and written.

  • Strong collaborator with multi-functional teams from tech, design, and business.

  • Meticulous with initiative and ability to work through issues expected.

  • High standard of organization to plan and complete tasks in priority order expected.

  • Relevant experience in a role on a software implementation project is advantageous.

  • A sound knowledge of SAP (ECC/S4Hana) IM & WM HU processes is an advantage.

  • Travel approximately 25%
