Base Salary Range: $83,400.00 - $104,200.00

Target Total Cash Range: $104,250.00 - $130,250.00

Position Summary

This high performing leader will partner with the various Finance organizations within Kraft Heinz to build process and technology capabilities that support their growth and strategic agenda.  For this role to be a fit- you must be a skilled relationship builder with the ability to work in fast paced and ever-changing environments. This role will support business users and overall operations in HFM and FDMEE space. This role will require close collaboration with different teams and need to work as a team member of Finance IT team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administration of Hyperion Financial management and FDMEE applications.
  • Manage month end close process to close books.
  • Provide end user support- troubleshoot issue- and train end users.
  • Maintain batch processes for data load and consolidations.
  • Implement HFM and FDMEE system changes related to rules- reports- mappings etc.
  • Act as primary liaison between Data Governance- Data Assurance- FP&A- Controllers- and vendor teams to support Finance IT Systems operations.
  • Maintain system documentation and controls on system changes and processes.
  • Drive implementation of a strong control environment and robust processes.
  • Ready to learn and contribute towards other Hyperion HFM and EPM initiatives as assigned.
  • Mentor and support junior resources.
  • Focus on continuous improvements and process automations to automate data loads and consolidation processes.
  • Track deliverables and report status to management.
  • Ability to work well under pressure; manage tight deadlines and situations where conflicting priorities arise.


  • HFM/FDMEE Certification is plus

Domain Expertise

  • Functional and/or technical HFM and FDMEE
  • Experience using Oracle Hyperion Suite of products (Planning / ePBCS).
  • Knowledge of Data Management and EPM Automate
  • Experience using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)- is a plus
  • Can prioritize and balance multiple priorities
  • Azure / Snowflake experience is a plus

  • Foundational scripting language experience (DOS & SQL)
  • Strong leader- collaborator- team player- and individual contributor
  • Strong communication skills with comfort in speaking with and presenting to IT leadership
  • Strong Power Point and Excel user
