Description & Requirements

Senior Analyst- Strategy & Development

This role will sit on the Strategy & Development team in the Meal Foundations & Coffee division and be responsible for supporting both the brand and platform strategy teams- reporting directly into the Brand Manager of Platform Strategy & Innovation. These teams are directly responsible for leveraging consumer insights to build breakthrough brand strategies inclusive of innovation- renovation- brand foundations & communications. This role will play a strong role in creating consumer trend & inspiration reports & developing an insights dashboard to inform innovation- platform & brand strategies. They will also support the teams in developing the insight base around what fast- fresh meals means to our consumers.

Key Components of the role 

  • Support both brand and platform strategy teams within Strategy & Development
  • Create trend & inspiration reports around brand strategy- innovation strategy- renovation strategy & other case studies from different companies to push teams to think differently
  • Create interactive trend dashboard for teams to leverage after presentations are over
  • Work with CIS to identify and prioritize platform-specific consumer need
  • Assist with consumer research around what fast- fresh meals mean to consumers
  • Lead development of whitespace innovation opportunities for the platform based on consumer insights from Ideation

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing for an established or startup CPG company
  • Demonstrated ability to influence teams and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding verbal- written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strategic capability and experience in marketing plan development; situation assessment- strategy and tactical plan development
  • Experience in cross-functional team management
  • Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver in agreed upon timelines
  • Strong data analysis skills
