About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced marketing professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Senior Brand Manager position lies within the International Growth function and is based in our London office. As a member of the International Sauces team- you will support the development and delivery of innovation and will have an opportunity to identify improvement activities within the Sauces category that will drive the growth of the category across International.


  • Supporting the Brand Director by ensuring the successful delivery of the Brand Marketing Plans. This will involve being the driving force behind the brand strategy- activation- and execution - being a true Heinz Brand Champion and Guardian.
  • Help with the development of annual 5-year strategic brand plans and local market assessment using the KH way of marketing and Heinz Strategy as a base- including:
    • Creating and developing Innovation Ideas
    • Comms Idea linked to your innovations
    • Product & Sustainability Philosophy
    • Where/how to play
  • Leveraging synergies across markets to:
    • Magnify brand Innovation
    • Reduce complexity
  • Act as a project leader for assigned specific projects- such as innovation delivery- communication development & adaptations- renovation projects from idea to execution (consumer research if applicable- understanding consumer needs- developing concepts- roll-out etc) at an international level.
  • Developing and building a close working relationship with local marketing teams and cross functional teams across the Globe

Qualifications & Experience

  • A deep passion for understanding consumers and brands
  • Educated to Bachelor’s Degree level and eager to learn
  • Enthusiastic with a strong drive to create tomorrow’s business
  • Proven track record of developing and unlocking growth strategies
  • Excellent communications skills- ability to persuade- motivate and lead others at all management levels- functions and cross countries
  • Strong Project Management skills; track record of delivering projects from start to finish- and attention to detail while juggling different priorities.
  • The ability to turn insight into action- simplify and empathize
  • Good eye for business and sound commercial judgement
  • Creative problem solver in terms of finding opportunities- defining solutions and ways of working
  • “Self-starter” happy to work independently- and also as part of a cross functional team
  • Drive for results- combining tenacity and urgency
  • Relevant FMCG marketing experience – min 5 years
  • Keeping in touch with consumer trends and brand activations across international cultures
