Description & Requirements

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Marketing Professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Senior Brand Manager lies within the New Ventures business. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into Alex Bayet – New Ventures Head of Platform. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders- but also external agencies and customers. The delivery of New Ventures growth strategy and breakthrough innovation will be your primary responsibility. You will be in charge of developing- implementing and growing the new ventures pipeline with customers and consumers- doing the job of a brand owner and having P&L responsibility. The role will work on our Heinz Pasta Sauces range as well as Made for Veggies and much more!

In brief- you will be responsible for;

  • Implementing & delivery of long-term marketing strategy and breakthrough innovation to accelerate growth for the Northern-Europe business
  • Leveraging insights to address consumer pain-points and drive consumer-first solutions
  • Support the shopper marketing teams to ensure all ALT comms land in-store
  • Building our social media strategy with full responsibility of Heinz into the Kitchen budget; defining operational budget and linked with business objectives.
  • Leading comms plans (creative and media) for all three brands with CARAT
  • Delivering impactful and memorable marketing campaign that will enable us to grow awareness and drive trial and shares (with our agency)
  • Independent project management- including full P&L responsibility and project commercialisation
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive engagement across extended business
  • Managing the categories and competitive analysis
  • Tracking the innovation and find ways to boost and growth it
  • Commercial strategy and implementation


Hard Skills

  • Education: BSc/BA required
  • Proven progression in a commercial setting and marketing functions
  • Track record for supporting delivery of new business models and disruptive innovation
  • Knowledge: 6+ years of FMCG experience (marketing- commercial- sales- finance- experience)
  • Language Knowledge: Business proficient English
