Description & Requirements

Job Responsibilities/工作职责

1- Develop and own overall western sauces Brand communications strategy and operations with emphasis on TK category  

a.     Spearhead and own the overall communications strategy and execution for total western sauces. Ensure complete synergies to overall brand strategies and operations.

b.     Lead and responsible for detailed analysis of all communication campaigns – including key learning and implications and how to further optimize moving forward and in line with core KPIs.

c.     Work closely with agency partners and internal content team to deliver overall aligned targets as well as acting as lead contact for Brand team in such related initiatives.


2- Support the acceleration and implementation of overall portfolio

a.     Lead communications and activation initiatives to support the delivery of business targets – including core and NPDs.

b.     Lead co-branding initiatives to support overall brand and business objectives


3- The scope would cover

a.     Overall marketing communications plan – strategy- implementation- review/analysis and improvement

b.     Day to day marketing operations and support

Innovations: adapting/localizing global mixes- in partnership with international team

Job Requirement/工作要求

1.   Bachelor’s or above

2.   At least 5-6 years marketing experience in FMCG related industry- ideally F&B category  

3.   Experience in brand building – specifically in social / digital platforms

4.   Ability to analyze and react to competition and innovation trend

5.   Ample experience in key stakeholder management and cross function collaboration

6.   End-to-end experience a plus

7.   Passion for foods- passion for youth culture and trends.

8.   Creative- proactive and open-minded

9.   Strong ownership- growth mindset- with a sense of urgency

Mandarin fluency and working grasp of English (both oral and written)
