Description & Requirements

Reporting into the category’s Marketing Director- this role is responsible for driving profitable growth of the category through the development and execution of the category’s marketing strategy and plans.

Position responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement approved advertising- POS- publicity and consumer promotions plans within the context of brand objectives.

  • Monitor brand performance through research tools and reporting.

  • Provide recommendations in relation to the development of the category.

  • Develop and implement product and packaging updates.

  • Manage monthly A&P spend.

  • Manage the NPD process for the category including the preparation of business plans- and post launch audits.

  • Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety- Environmental- Health and Safety- and Ethical and Human Resources policies- programs and goals.

  • Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company’s vision.

About you:

  • Bachelor degree in business (or related).

  • Minimum 5 years in marketing (or marketing related) experience.

  • Sales experience an advantage.

  • Brand management experience in a similar industry.

  • Understanding of marketing processes and systems.

  • Strong A&P cost management and forecasting/budgeting experience.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage tight timelines.

  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to make recommendations.
