About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our Nordic HQ in central Stockholm and make a difference at Kraft Heinz Nordics. The Senior Brand Manager lies within the Nordic business unit. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You will work in a marketing team reporting into Head of Marketing & Commercial Nordics. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The execution of the Brand strategy for one of the world’s strongest and most loved FMCG brands- Heinz- will be your primary responsibility.

In brief- you will be responsible for;

  • Develop and drive long term brand vision for Heinz- Bulls Eye and Kraft
  • Lead NPD strategy to define our future innovation funnel
  • Develop and implement brand marketing plans (ATL & BTL) considering local market and consumer insight
  • Responsible for brand & communication budget
  • Responsibility for agency contacts such as; advertising/media/PR with briefing and planning
  • Develop optimized communication & activation mix together with creative agencies


Hard Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred (Marketing)
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar/relevant position within marketing
  • Experience within FMCG is an advantage but not a must
  • Language skills: Swedish and fluent in English- both written and oral
  • Other skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential
