About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced marketing professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz in an exciting new role – Senior Brand & Portfolio Manager. The position sits within the International Foodservice function- and it is based in our London office. As a member of the Foodservice International team- you will support the development and delivery of innovation for our foodservice customers and will spot opportunities to improve the portfolio and drive the international growth of foodservice.  

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of the Strategic plan of the category
  • Drive the innovation pipeline for the international zone – from insight- ideation to product launch- identifying synergies- efficiencies- and scale
  • Product range management – incl. SKU rationalization and range optimization (line extensions / gap fills)
  • Understand customer needs and develop problems aiming to solve them and to further develop the business
  • Act as a project leader for assigned specific projects- such as innovation delivery- Sustainability pipeline- Value Creation initiatives
  • Depth development of Business Cases – translating prior aligned market opportunities into customer deliverables
  • Developing and building a close working relationship with local marketing teams and cross functional teams across the Globe

Qualifications & Experience

  • A deep passion for Food- Consumers- Restaurants
  • Educated to Bachelor’s Degree level and eager to learn
  • Work Experience – 5 years in a Marketing- Innovation or Category / Commercial role either in FMCG or in Hospitality
  • Knowledge – Category management- proposal development- NPD process- Marketing communications
  • Enthusiastic with a strong drive to create tomorrow’s business
  • Proven track record of developing and unlocking growth strategies
  • Excellent communications skills- ability to persuade- motivate and lead others at all management levels- functions and cross countries
  • Strong Project Management skills; track record of delivering projects from start to finish- and attention to detail while juggling different priorities.
  • The ability to turn insight into action- simplify and empathize
  • Good eye for business and sound commercial judgement
  • Creative problem solver in terms of finding opportunities- defining solutions and ways of working
  • “Self-starter” happy to work independently- and also as part of a cross functional team
  • Drive for results- combining tenacity and urgency
