About the Role

At KraftHeinz- we are going through a BIG transformation as we look to implement SAP S/4 HANA in the next 12-18 months. The Change Analyst will partner with our various SAP workstreams to apply the structured Kraft Heinz Change Management methodology- create and execute Change Management Plans and lead Change Management activities for the Goldilocks Program (SAP S/4HANA) implementation) across the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply the Kraft Heinz change management process and tools to support adoption of the changes and ensure new ways of working are embedded and sustained in the business.
  • Change Impact Assessment: Conduct impact analyses- assess change readiness and with the relevant workstreams develop and deliver a tailored Change Management Plan for the relevant site and function- and role by role analysis and security role build.
  • Manage Stakeholders: Identify key stakeholders- conduct stakeholder assessment and manage key stakeholder engagement and change management plans.  Stakeholders include both internal and external groups.
  • Communication and Engagement:  Facilitate the creation of communication plans- support the design- development- delivery and management of communications. Experience with using multiple ways for communicating - social media platforms- Sharepoint- digital signage (strong PowerPoint skills)- newsletters- job aids- emails- etc.
  • Training and Capability Build: Facilitate the creation of a training needs analysis for your stakeholder groups- plan- provide input and support the design and delivery of training programs (e.g. Train the Trainer).
  • Create actionable deliverables for the change management levers: Change Impact- Stakeholder Management- Engagement and Communication- Training and Capability Build- Business Readiness and Benefits Realisation

About You

  • 5-6 years of experience in Change Management
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Knowledge of change management principles- methodologies and tools
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
  • Degree in Organisational Psychology- Organisational Development or MBA ideal
  • Change management certification or designation desired
  • Previous IT Change Management experience -  SAP program delivery experience essential.  
  • Manufacturing Organisational Change Management (OCM) experience is necessary- ideally in FMCG.
  • OCM experience with large-scale organizational change efforts in a multi-national- Fortune 500 global organisation highly desirable- or an organisation with facilities spanning the ANZ region.
  • OCM experience including Stakeholder Management- Change Impact Assessment- Communications and Training strategy development and execution experience.
