About the Role:

KraftHeinz is on the lookout for an up-and-coming Senior Creative Strategist to bring our brands closer to consumers through meaningful connections in social media. The role is a new position sitting within our internal creative team called the Kitchen and will provide mentorship to the broader content team.

Our ideal candidate is a creative leader with experience in building brands in social and beyond. They will oversee the creative output of the Kitchen team ensuring all content is on brand and exceeds quality expectations. They will be able to identify trending cultural moments that relate to our brands and through concept to execution at the speed of culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop annual social media strategies for our Masterbrand’s by demonstrating an advanced understanding of each brands.

  • Partner with the Senior Communications Manager to support brand teams with annual Masterbrand planning across Paid- Owned and Earned.

  • Identify social trends using consumer insight + social media platforms to create new content ideas to sell into the brands.

  • Collaborate with our internal production team- freelance content creators and agencies to produce content aligned to content strategy

About You:

  • Love for all thing’s social media.

  • Confident in challenging the status quo and trying new things.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.

  • 5+ years of working experience in content strategy.

  • 2+ years experience with social media.

  • 1+ years experience managing a team.

  • FMCG experience preferred but not required.
