About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced FP&A professional to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Senior FP&A Analyst lies within the Northern Europe Business Unit (UK- Ireland- and Nordics) with Nordics area of responsibility. You’ll be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into Pavel Solodovnikov- Head of Finance and Revenue management. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. Providing financial analysis and visibility will be your primary responsibility


In brief- you will be responsible and provide support for key financial cycles:

  • Monthly cycle – Performance Review- Forecast- weekly tracking- month end closing activities

  • Long term cycles - yearly budgeting cycle and 5 year strategic planning

  • Providing financial visibility through accurate forecasting- risks- and opportunities identification- and monitoring key action plans

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensuring accuracy- quality- and timeliness for various reports produced to present business performance and/ or outlook- including but not limited to:

    • BU reporting: Monthly Performance Review- CFO Calls / Finance reviews (Forecast/ Financial Review)- offsite decks- board decks

    • Internal reporting: preliminary views

  • Monitor- check- and highlight key performance indicators to relevant internal stakeholders and influence decision-making to ensure delivery of business target

  • Support analytical projects to back specific action plans or analysis

  • Delivering continuous improvement in the quality of analysis- output- and visibility provided to the Nordics leadership team

  • Support of Sales and Marketing support with finance specific matters (business cases- NPD launches)

  • Fixed costs budgeting- tracking and control

Your Qualifications

  • Education: minimum bachelor’s degree

  • Work Experience: at least 3 years’ experience of finance analytics- understanding of financial reports (P&L focus- managerial accounts)

  • Knowledge: P&L understanding- Advanced Excel knowledge- Basic accounting- experience working with SAP a plus- desire to continue building skillset in data analytics (Tableau- Alteryx)

  • Language: Fluency in English is essential
