Position Summary

The Global FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team is responsible for financial analysis- performance- and process implementation to drive operational efficiencies and financial performance globally. The position provides an outstanding opportunity to lead Global Cash for the company. Individual will have exposure to all levers within the cash flow statement and drive performance through data driven analyses and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers unique exposure to not only teams and functions across the globe including Treasury- Tax- Operations- and Investor Relations- but also key members of the senior leadership team including the CFO- Global Head of FP&A and Zone CFOs. You will play a key role in our Finance Transformation initiative- specifically in modernizing ways of working to bring efficiency and speed in order to improve financial visibility and insights.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Run the reporting- forecasting- and communication of cash for the Global business
  • Analyze cash performance with a clear understanding of nature of cash inflows/outflows and risks/opportunities- with the ability to communicate to senior leadership
  • Lead working capital processes that drive improvements and provide clear visibility
  • Analyze and understand trends in working capital cash conversion cycle by lever as well as changes in cash below operating cash flow (i.e.- investing and financing)
  • Prepare schedules and commentary for both routine and ad hoc deliverables to various stakeholders- including External Reporting- Investor Relations and the Board of Directors
  • Run the communication and preparation of the annual cash AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and Strategic Plan (4-to-5-year plan) process
  • Routine cross collaboration with Zone Finance teams and Global Functions (Treasury- Investor Relations- Operations- etc.) to understand performance and validate drivers
  • Take ownership of ad hoc requests and analyses


  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in an Accounting- Finance or Business-related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance- Accounting or applicable quantitative field required- CPA and/or MBA preferred
  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis- including the balance sheet and the cash flow statement
  • Experience in Financial Systems (e.g.- Hyperion Financial Management- SAP- etc.)
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to run complex models
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills- with the ability to interface with all levels of management including senior leadership
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal & written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Ability to pick up and absorb information quickly- motivated to continually acquire knowledge and skills
