Description & Requirements

Summary

The Global FP&A team is responsible for financial analysis- performance- and process implementation to drive operational efficiencies and financial performance globally. The position provides an outstanding opportunity to gain broad cash flow management experience across the Zones. Individual will have exposure to all levers within the cash flow statement and drive performance through data driven analyses and cross-functional collaboration.  Role offers exposure to teams and functions across the globe- including the Global CFO- Global Head of FP&A- Zone FP&A- Operations- and Procurement.

Responsibilities

  • Play a critical role in the reporting- forecasting- and communication of cash for the Global business
  • Own SST processes for Global Cash Flow- including building a monthly process and routines from the ground up to serve as the validation of historical and forecast within the tool
  • Analyze cash performance with a clear understanding of nature of cash inflows/outflows
  • Own the Global Other Operating Cash Flow Model- including detailed breakdown of nature of items and tracking variances to budget and prior year
  • Prepare models and schedules to assist in preparation of management presentations and zone touchpoints
  • Run meetings with Zone Finance teams and Global Functions to understand performance and validate drivers
  • Take ownership of ad hoc requests and analyses
     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance- Accounting or applicable quantitative field required- MBA/CPA preferred
  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to run complex models
  • Possess critical thinking skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
