Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A - Operations at a Glance….

The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key business partner to support the commercial BU CFOs, BU presidents, Operations VPs, Rev Man and Global Supply Chain Finance.  The person in this role will help to connect all supply chain finance areas to support the 18 months rolling forecast using PaPM.  Additionally, this person will help in the budget, forecast, and results processes as well as working across the organization to create and implement optimal processes and tools.

What’s on the menu?

  • Serve as an advocate in financial planning and accounting matters (e.g., financial reporting, cost allocations) and process improvement opportunities
  • Maintain reports of actual and expected business performance
  • Keep and maintain reporting cadence
  • Support accurate P&L and publishing of financial presentations ranging from consolidated financials, flash reports, and other reports necessary to help drive optimal decision making
  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc analysis, driving insight on business gaps to plan and benchmarks
  • Review regularly with the business to identify risks and opportunities, and mitigation of risks
  • Attend business unit meetings, helping to represent Finance when needed
  • Liaise with other functional groups supporting the business, including Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Accounting / Controllership, S&OP, and others to identify issues impacting the business and develop recommendations for improvement
  • Initiates analytical projects to identify savings opportunities
  • Help teams to deliver on savings commitments
  • Assist in the coaching and development of FP&A team

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience, in a complex environment with escalating levels of responsibility
  • Experience with Hyperion/FiT and SAP preferred
  • Prior Supply Chain Finance, Ops FP&A experience preferred
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Excel technical skills along with systems agility

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
