Senior Financial Analyst, N.A. FP&A at a Glance….

The Senior Analyst FP&A provides an outstanding opportunity to gain broad experience across all functions for finance in North America. This individual will have exposure to full P&L and will participate in NA-wide initiatives. Opportunity to contribute analytics and provide input on key strategies and plans across different categories and business units. Significant interaction with Senior Leadership teams across the NA Zone- including the NA CFO- Business Unit CFOs- etc.
 

What’s on the menu?

  • Play an ownership role in the NA CFO’s main planning and reporting activities surrounding the management income statement- including monthly KHC Business Management cycle (i.e. MPR- CFO Call), major forecasts, Strategic Planning, and Annual Operating Planning
  • Own business results and achieving financial targets (e.g. tracking Risks & Ops, Action Plans, etc.)
  • Run routine meetings with key stakeholders from all aspects of the business (BU Finance Teams, Supply Chain, Accounting, Global Treasury)
  • Take the lead on strategic planning, modeling, and preparation of management presentations including NA CFO and Board-level materials
  • Main steward of the NA Zone monthly close; collaborating with key parties to understand key drivers of performance & responsible for reporting results to NA Leadership
  • Significant ad hoc opportunities for leadership and analytics

  • Bachelor of Science in a quantitative field (i.e. Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, etc.) is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, Corporate Finance, or Accounting preferred
  • Prior Category Corporate FP&A and/or BU experience preferred
  • Experience working with data in FiT, Hyperion, and/or SAP skills preferred
  • Proven capability to manage large sets of data in MS Excel
  • Demonstrated strong accounting and analytical skills as well as broad business acumen

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment

We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness.
