Description & Requirements

The Senior HR Advisor (Corporate- Commercial and Operations) is responsible for providing best practice human resources advice and support to the business to enable the C&C + Operations functions to meet its business goals.

To lead HR initiatives in conjunction with the HR Business Partner’s in order to drive the people strategies.

The role requires the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation- support the people agenda and implement best practice across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

Advisory:

  • Support with business partnering a function or small sub function (blue collar merchandisers – approx. 125 PTE- Field Sales NZ – approx. 30 FTE and Foodservice – approx. 80 FTE) in which you will be responsible for driving the people agenda- including: leading all employee relations (ER)- compensation activity (merit- bonus and wage increases)- OPR- Engagement- MBO and other ad hoc activities people activities.

  • Maintain strong relationships functional leaders in order to effectively influence and co-create people solutions. Coaching and driving strong people engagement.

Onboarding / Offboarding:

  • Support with recruitment by interviewing- updating trackers and processing new hires for your population.

  • Co-run the ANZ monthly inductions and seek continuous improvement

Reporting- Workday and Employee Data:

  • Support HRBP and P&P Leadership team with time to hire metrics- gender splits- OPR adherence and GLINT analysis.

  • Support with GLINT data analysis to review learnings- feedback and implantation of action plan.

Centre of Excellence (COE):

  • Partner with the COE streams to support driving best practice initiatives.

  • Work closely with the rewards team to ensure all benefits are up to date and look for new opportunities.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Experience working as an HR Advisor or Coordinator.

  • Proven ability to partner with stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail and high accuracy skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Strong problem skills.

  • Ability to work within a team environment.
