About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Key Account Manager- FI- NO- ICE to join our Nordic HQ in central Stockholm. Within the Nordics- Kraft Heinz operates both with direct sales and through distributor partners. This role would be responsible for our retail distributor partners in Finland- Norway- and Iceland reporting into our Head of Retail in the Nordic leadership team. The role is not only key account management- but also a lot of business development management. Our distributor partners are responsible for executing annual plans and strategies in the markets- you will be responsible for building the strategies- setting targets & investments as well as keep tracking of business- securing we reach our objectives for our distributor retail markets Finland- Norway- Iceland. To achieve these objectives- you will partner-up- steer and lead our distributors cross functional internally with marketing- supply- and finance. You will be working in a successful team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.

Key responsibilities:

  • P&L responsibility for c. $15m business (Retail Norway- Finland- Iceland)
  • Retail distributor strategy
  • Distributor partnership
  • Annual retail distributor internal budget & delivery driving double digit growth YoY
  • Joint business planning & delivery with our distributor partners
  • Pricing & investments
  • Business development – continuously improving and building our Nordic business
  • Performance reviews- internal and external (Distributor partner)
  • Forecasting
  • Build the Nordic Kraft Heinz culture and team spirit

Qualifications
Hard Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree holder (preferably in Business or Marketing). A Master’s degree will be considered as a plus
  • +4 years’ experience in a similar/relevant position in Sales Key Account/Business Development- experience from Retail is a plus
  • Experience with Distributors- Nordic countries and Retail channel is a massive advantage
  • We are looking for a person with a genuine passion and interest for sales management and business development with strong project leading management skills
  • Language skills: fluent in English- both written and oral- Nordic language is a plus
  • Other skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is needed
