About The Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Senior Key Account Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz in the Swedish retail market. You will be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level and will report to the Head of Retail Sweden, Finland, Norway and Iceland. The delivery of challenging sales goals will be your primary responsibility, building strong customer relationships and ensuring accelerated growth searching for new opportunities and improvements.

In brief, you will be responsible for

· Managing relationship with customers and building strong partnerships

· Owning the P&L for the largest Swedish accounts (ICA and Axfood incl. Dagab partners)

· Preparing and executing the Annual Negotiations and Operating Plan for these Accounts

Setting, negotiating, and executing promo plans

· Optimizing assortment and distribution including listings of NPDs to reach growth ambitions

The position is a maternity cover lasting a minimum of 12 months. Since the Nordics is a growth market expanding the team there is a good opportunity and potential for a permanent position after the maternity cover.

Qualifications

· Education; Minimum Bachelor degree

· Work Experience; Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales, experience from KAM towards Swedish Grocery/Retail is highly preferred

· Languages Fluent Swedish and excellent English skills
