Description & Requirements

Position Summary:

This role reports with the Head of Diversity- Equity- Inclusion and Belonging to drive towards the achievement of our Diversity- Inclusion- Belonging (DIB) aspirations- with an emphasis on identifying and deploying innovative ways to drive engagement- inclusion and belonging.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver events- initiatives and partnerships that drive engagement- inclusion- and belonging for all employees globally

  • Apply marketing tactics and strategy to motivate employees to #LearnLikeAnOwner – to make and keep a learning practice and be self-motivated to develop a growth mindset.

  • Work with Learning Technology Operations team- zone and global communications teams to contribute to the creation of communications that will engage with employees- and to resolve innovative technology solutions to deliver company-wide inclusion events.

  • Consultant with various business partners to apply an inclusive design approach to various support of key business needs- goals and objectives through a DIBs lens.

  • Strategically leverage and engage our learning ambassadors and other user populations to get user feedback and to drive engagement amongst other employees

  • Strategically leverage external modes of communications- such as social media- to grow the team’s industry presence and influence

  • Collaborate with other teams- team members- and vendors as needed to complete tasks- projects- and resolve issues

  • Work with Leadership and Culture Academy and Functional Academies to determine innovative ways to create new approaches – in an agile fashion - that drive inclusion- belonging- and engagement – while incorporating capability development and illuminating connections between the company’s enterprise strategy with our diversity- inclusion and belonging aspirations.

  • Provide project updates to Head of Diversity- Equity- Inclusion and Belonging- and the Chief Learning and Diversity Officer and Global Chief People Officer to ensure strategy and approaches support the Global L&D Learning Value Proposition- People & Performance Strategy- and the enterprise strategy

  • Stay abreast of global data and trends in the industry and maintain up-to-date knowledge of global diversity- inclusion and belonging.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with using communications- especially course communications- for engaging employees to build excitement- inspiration- and motivation for programs and events

  • Has a natural curiosity and growth mindset for innovation and trying new approaches

  • Ability to work independently to plan- organize- and set/achieve priorities related to day-to-day tasks and projects

  • Strong relationship building- customer management- and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
