The Talent Management team helps employees choose greatness in their careers through creating and implementing a full development cycle. The Senior Manager, HR - Talent Management brings data and new ideas to help employees own their careers, give and receive better feedback and grow to their full potential, while also supporting our business ambitions by matching talent capabilities with business needs. This exciting and high visibility role plays a key part in the design and execution of various programs and processes that support KHC's talent strategy. In partnership with global stakeholders, this individual works closely with team to build, implement and continuously improve talent programs, including leadership feedback surveys, 9-box calibration, org planning, talent assessments, manager excellence coaching, and leadership and talent pool development tracking

What's on the menu?

  • Supports the 9-boxing and succession planning process through project management, the creation of global templates, data validation, training facilitation, presentation creation, and crafting the North American Zone (NAZ) story through the addition of insights in conjunction with manager.
  • Participate in the annual NAZ leadership performance assessment frameworks and storylines.
  • Support employee individual growth plans (IGPs) through system management, training facilitation, preparation of education materials, and reviewing prepared IGPs on an ad hoc basis.
  • Assist with quarterly executive development conversations through presentation creation, data maintenance and developing follow-up action items to support talent development of critical roles, succession plans and talent lists.
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of Talent to Value methodology.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners on special projects related to talent management initiatives.
  • Assist manager with any special ad hoc projects including organizational transformations.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all employee records in compliance with GDPR and internal policies

  • I have experience with talent management, growth planning, or broader HR exposure preferred.
  • I have a strong eye for business and am highly proficient with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in addition to Tableau and Workday
  • I have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and have exceptionally solid attention to detail skills.
  • I am able to interpret data and translate insights into engaging storylines.
  • I have proven verbal and written communication skills - ability to gain trust through strong communication and delivering on commitments.
  • I have excellent organizational skills, self-starter and ability to meet deadlines and balance challenging priorities.
  • I have a willingness to learn on my own and take initiative.
  • I have the ability to be flexible and resilient in an ambiguous and vibrant environment.
  • I am able to handle confidential and highly sensitive information.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment

We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness. We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in today’s workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week. Additionally, employees who are subject to this hybrid model will be eligible to work from anywhere for up to six weeks in a rolling 12-month period (in maximum two-week increments and according to benefits and tax guidelines). Some jobs may be required to be performed fully in office depending on the role’s responsibilities and requirements.
