Solution Architect- Analytical Capabilities at a glance
As a Solutions Architect you will proactively lead architecture activities that guide the development and management of a portfolio of platforms within the Analytics space. You will provide the necessary leadership, analysis and design related activities to support the development of technology solutions, ensuring those solutions meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards. Analytic capabilities include DataOps, Data Warehouse Management & Data Visualization across the Azure and GCP clouds. Critical technologies include Databricks, Snowflake, Vertex, Collibra, Tableau, Alteryx & Microsoft PowerBI.
What's on the menu?
Translate business & technical requirements, documenting solution architecture design & analysis.
Work closely with product owner & platform mangers to ensure a robust architectural runway.
Monitor the solution portfolio to identify deficiencies (aging & functional fit).
Understand emerging technology trends, and their practical application.
Consult with project, platform and product teams to fit solutions to architecture, identifying when it is necessary to modify designs.
Lead evaluation, design and analysis for the implementation of a solutions architecture.
Work closely with the project, platform & product teams to ensure execution corresponds with the expected design & Enterprise Architecture.
Provide deliverables like standard definitions, reference models and architecture designs.
Provide coding standards including infrastructure-as-code

I have experience in role delivering and supporting analytical capabilities.
I have working “hands-on” experience with Analytical tools (preferably Azure Power Platform, Snowflake, DataBricks, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, and/or R)
I have experience designing and operating in major cloud providers (Azure, GCP and/or AWS)
I have strong experience developing CI/CD pipelines
I am fluent in version control tools and practices (Github, Azure DevOps).
I have experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including technical or infrastructure architecture, network management, application development, middleware, database management or cloud development.
I have a good understanding of strategic and emerging technology trends, and the practical application of existing and emerging technologies to new and evolving business and operating models.
