Description & Requirements

The Senior Manager- Digital Workplace will be responsible for the operations of the Kraft Heinz Digital Workplace and End User Computing environment globally with focus on implementing and managing the Power Platform COE. This high performing individual will lead a team of employees & vendors- providing guidance- mentoring- and developing talent on the team across all Microsoft collaboration technologies.

The successful applicant for this position will be expected to leverage a proven track record and strong operational experience to manage the operations and support of the global Collaboration- Power Platform and desktop virtualization services for Kraft Heinz. This position is crucial to the success of the Kraft Heinz Digital Workplace team to deliver key end user experience improvements aligned with the strategic IT and Digital Workplace roadmap.

Primary Responsibilities
 

  • Manage the operations of the Kraft Heinz Collaboration- Power Platform and desktop virtualization services- interfacing with vendor teams providing these services- delivering robust end-end services to end users.
  • Liaise with architecture- engineering teams- partners/vendors to develop & design platform standards /best practices and provide operational input to define the strategic direction of the tower.       
  • Keep abreast of new features from productivity technology providers and provide end users and business communities with subject matter expertise for Power Platform- Low code development- M365 etc.
  • Provide technical consultation to business stakeholders to understand their business objectives and provide guidance utilizing a defined technology stack- including M365- Power Platform- and Azure components
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for technology operations process improvement and development- bringing operational excellence and service maturity to the Power Platform- M365 platforms.
  • Facilitate on-prem data transformation and migration projects to next-gen technologies.
  • Help formulate IT roadmaps and applications strategies
  • Work with IT- security- compliance- engineering teams to ensure M365/Power Platform risks are proactively managed.
  • Manage and work cohesively with other EUC team members to execute EUC projects- provide cross functional support for cloud-based technologies such as Azure Virtual Desktop- Intune MDM etc.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Technologies such as Office 365- Azure & Power Platform. 
  • Deep technical experience with Power Platform- Sharepoint- M365 Application development.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform governance- solution design- architecture- monitoring- maintenance- and service level reporting.
  • Microsoft and other technical certifications
  • Experience with Business Intelligence dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) is a plus.
  • All phases of Service Management (Strategy- Design- Transition and Operations) with proven expertise in End User Computing Service- Design- Service Delivery and Global IT operations is essential.
  • Strong Teamwork and Collaboration Skills with familiarity with multi-supplier/vendor environments.
  • Effective interpersonal skills- with ability to build consensus and integrate people- processes- and technology in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills- including an ability to articulate technical subjects to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to organize workloads for effective implementation
  • Be a self-motivated- highly ethical individual with a demonstrated ability to work as independently as well as with a team
