Description & Requirements

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Manager- IT – Manufacturing to join our team!  This role is a functional IT role in a Global team with focus on the North America zone for SAP Manufacturing and Quality solutions. The role will have functional expertise in Manufacturing Production and Quality and is responsible as owner of the applications and business process implementation within the primary functional area. The role will deliver projects to support Kraft Heinz Company’s business needs and our strategic roadmap. The role will lead teams of subject matter experts and consultants to document- define- deliver- and maintain business solutions. Part of delivering the business solution will include taking the lead on integration across other relevant work streams.   This is an exciting time to join Kraft Heinz and we are seeking a candidate with a bias for action and agility.  This role reports to the Global IT Director – Digital Manufacturing.

Essential Job Functions

  • Drive activities to Scope- gather requirements- design- configure- implement- deploy- manage change- and train on solutions to fulfill business stakeholder requirements while meeting Kraft Heinz IT standards.
  • Manage & prioritize work intake/requests and demand.
  • Make capital appropriation requests for large projects.
  • Provide guidance/consultation to internal business stakeholders on application functions and capabilities.
  • Lead timely issue identification- resolution- and escalation when appropriate.
  • Lead teams of subject matter experts and consultants to support system implementation and required deliverables from initial blueprint through testing- production deployment- and hyper-care.
  • Coach- manage- and mentor team members through regular meetings and the performance management processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 5 years functional experience and end-to-end knowledge in the area of SAP Manufacturing Production and Quality
  • Minimum 5 years technical IT solution delivery
  • Minimum 5 years structured Project Management/Business Analyst skills
  • Project Management and Structured Solution Delivery Methodology and Tools
  • Requirements definition/mapping
  • Solution design experience
  • Hands-on development of project deliverables/artifacts
  • Applying required configuration changes
  • Test planning and scenario creation
  • Scope- Cost- Resource and Schedule Management
  • Project Metrics and Reporting
  • Solid blend of business and technical capabilities- business operating models and underlying technical architectures
  • Superior relationship management skills (both internally as well as externally)
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with both local and remote teams.
