Description & Requirements

This role is a functional IT role in a Global team for Kraft Heinz Company’s manufacturing solutions. The role will have functional expertise in the primary area of responsibility of SAP Production (SAP-PP) and Quality (SAP-QM) and possible expertise in 1 or more complimentary areas such as production scheduling and plant maintenance (SAP-PM). The role is the owner of the applications and business process implementation within the primary functional area. The role is responsible to manage and deliver projects to support Kraft Heinz Company’s business needs and strategy. The role will lead teams of subject matter experts and consultants to document- define- deliver- and maintain business solutions. Part of delivering the business solution will include taking the lead on integration across other relevant work streams.

Position Responsibilities

· Manage & prioritize the IT demand generated- develop estimates- reviewing continuous improvement initiatives through to making capital appropriation requests for large projects.

· Communicate proactively and effectively the progress of directly or indirectly owned pending demand and active projects throughout the life cycle. It can be anticipated that there will be numerous concurrent projects of varying size and complexity.

· Manage multiple stakeholder groups- translating and interpreting business needs into actionable requirements and into deliverable solutions.

· Provide guidance to internal Business Leads on application functions.

· Support change management activities by assisting with developing of training materials- training scenarios- documentation- communication and change impacts.

· Lead timely issue identification- resolution- and escalation when appropriate.

· Lead teams of subject matter experts and consultants to support system implementation and required deliverables from initial blueprint through testing- production deployment- and hypercare phases.

· Coach- manage- and mentor team members through regular one on one meetings and the performance management processes.

· Maintaining and control the suite of reports and KPIs that are utilized to drive the business process.

Required Qualifications

· Functional and technical and functional combined:

o Experience in SAP Production and Quality

o Requirements definition/mapping

o Solution design experience

o Hands-on development of project deliverables - formal/structured methodology.

o Applying required configuration changes.

o Test planning and scenario creation.

· Solid blend of business and technical capabilities- business operating models and underlying technical architectures

· Demonstrates advanced process & technical knowledge of the core area supported as well as the areas integrating with their area. Deep understanding of end-to-end processes.

· Superior relationship management skills (both internally as well as externally)

· Experience of leading through and with teams- effectively lead a team- delegate responsibility and hold team members accountable for assignments.

· Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with both local and remote teams.

· Progressive responsibility in SAP environment is required.

· Experience with project management methodologies and tools and estimating.

· Ability to travel 30% or more as part of the role on a routine basis.
