Description & Requirements

The Senior Manager – Security Engineer – The successful applicant for this position will be expected to leverage a proven track record and operational and engineering experience to provide technical design support services for Kraft Heinz as part of a global team focused on developing best-in-class secure solutions. Help lead and support global Operation and Security services for Kraft Heinz including- but not limited to Collaboration- Device Management and Enterprise Software Distribution. The position requires someone who has a security position to delivery- has an operations mindset and extensive experience gathering requirements- designing a solution- engineering an implementation- and will be leveraged as a subject matter expert working multiple high priority tasks or escalations simultaneously. The role reports directly into the global Head of Technology Engineering.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and align strategy and roadmap for Security Controls on all projects
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture team to align on the strategy and define annual funding for the program execution
  • Lead pipeline assessment process for the review and prioritization of all global projects with security impact
  • Interfaces with Liaises with Architecture team and global IT Leadership Team to ensure alignment of Device Strategy with overall IT Strategy globally and individually in each Zone
  • Maintain ownership of the Transformation journey relationships with the business and IT 
  • Maintain relationships with strategic vendors and towers to assure alignment on the direction and quality of execution
  • Monitor the level of business satisfaction with the Security Tower and ensure that necessary corrective actions are aligned with the Transformation strategy and the roadmap
  • Partner with Communications and Change Management team (IT and corporate) to introduce and evangelize new Security solutions and features
  • Co-ordinate introduction of the new services through partnership with Operations and Service Delivery Managers
  • Maintain a close view of existing new services from Incident and Problem Management- Service Level Management- Release and Change Management prospective- working with regional and global stakeholders and Service Delivery Managers- service desk- support teams and vendors to consider for the inputs into Transformation program
  • Drive a customer-focused and drive a service-based culture across IT organization
  • Deliver Agnostic solutions to meet the business requirements aligned to architecture and security standards
  • Validate IT Budgets to Solutions to business needs and requirements


  • Experience in operating systems technologies- and integration of Security and Controls
  • Extensive experience with Anti-Virus and SIEM Technologies
  • Formal Training in Security Technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge In Security Platforms
  • Understanding of Manufacturing Processes and Supply Chain Mobile requirements
  • Change agent- out of the box thinker with the ability to challenge status-quo
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver large projects and technology changes
  • Proven ability to drive change within a complex organization- gaining alignment with multiple stakeholders across different geographies
  • Strong IT experience in architecture- design and operations areas and security within each stage
  • A proven track record of defining and implementing complex Security Technology solutions
  • Proven ability to build and execute Security strategy
  • A self-starter with high levels of drive- energy- resilience- and a desire for professional excellence
