The Kraft Heinz Information Technology organization is hiring an o9 Solution Architect who will be responsible for the overall solution architectural design of the o9 Platform in the support of our global installation. The role will have primary focus with our North America program and expand to responsibilities globally as we deploy. The role will perform primary hands-on activities to evaluate all business requirements and define solutions within the o9 Platform. Once the solutions are defined- the role will actively lead the technical vision to success through design- configuration- and test in an agile sprint-based framework.
Primary Responsibilities
- Find the best tech solution based on business requirements and capabilities of the o9 platform.
- Drive designs that balance business efficiency- system performance- security and compliance whilst conforming to architectural and security standards.
- Document technical solution to be used as a guide for business analysts- configurators- and testers to deliver the solution.
- Work with development functions- business lines- product teams and technology stakeholders to derive the technology future state and roadmaps.
- Lead on the analysis of the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Actively contribute to owning and designing governance- assurance- standards- and policy that form part of the architectural governance of the o9 Platform.
- Understand the current state environment in terms of technology- risk- end of life and technical debt.
- Presenting architecture and innovative ideas to executive leadership for the purposes of alignment and key decision making
- Possible tool configuration in the o9 platform as per the design
- Participate in backlog grooming to keep a healthy list of items that are ready for development
- Support Production related issues as part of a larger DevSecOps organization for the o9 Platform.
- Actively participate in PI or Iteration Planning processes to determine the key objectives for the next planning period.
Qualifications
- Experience in a role delivering and supporting software configuration and/or solution architecture- preferably o9.
- Familiarity with Demand Planning/Forecasting business process.
- Experience in any platform like solution such as Kinaxis- E2Open- OMP- SAP- etc where they were an architect or configurator.
- Strong design and software configuration skills
- Hands-on experience with DevSecOps and Agile delivery methods
- Experience with database design and data modeling.
- Experience with SQL- MDX- or T-SQL
- Self-Starter- driven with high business process acumen
