Description & Requirements

Role / Title

The Senior Manager- People Analytics and Agile (North America) is a strategic role that is responsible for leading and managing various people analytics initiatives and insight requests to support Talent Attraction and Management- Rewards- HR Business Partners- Workforce Planning- and ZBB. The role must lead a data-driven approach of development- execution- and evaluation of a reporting platform to support the Company’s goal of attracting- motivating- and retaining top talent personnel. This role reports to Director – Analytics and Zero-Based Budgeting (North America). This role has one direct report.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leads the execution of people analytics initiatives/projects acting as a subject matter expert and representing North America Zone while partnering with Global People Analytics team to improve workforce data driven skills
  • Represents HR- acting as the primary subject matter during the design and rollout of companywide people analytics solutions and strategic HR insight related projects (e.g. advanced analytics use cases- workforce planning)
  • Proactively consults with HR leadership- HR business partners and business leaders to understand their business and provides subject matter expertise to identify key concerns and opportunities to be addressed through HR Insights and pilot data solutions that support business strategy
  • Drives thought leadership to influence HR and the business to use fact-based solutions and data analysis to help influence changes to operations- process- or programs
  • Develops ongoing relationships with external partners and industry peers to maintain awareness of HR analytics and insights best practices and trends- assessing and designing the company’s HR data strategy
  • Builds analytical capability of HR business partners through guidance- consultation- and training
  • Drive analytics maturity through continuous improvement in data quality- data management practices- and standard tools and capabilities
  • Plan- coordinate- and execute routines surrounding data analytics including monthly and quarterly reporting processes 
  • Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity- test design- analysis- validation- and documentation
  • Guide and coach the People Analytics Analyst to deliver on their business objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree minimum- Master’s a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Organizational structure and complexity
  • Deep expertise in HR Strategy and a strong understanding across all areas of HR
  • Ability to advise and produce thought leadership on key HR challenges- and opportunities
  • Drives innovative solutions that create value for HR partners
  • Ability to think strategically and cultivate networks and relationships
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and results
  • Champions the execution of HR strategy and influence others
  • Understanding of key business drivers and context of external environment
  • Fluency in tableau- proficient in SQL- familiarity with modeling tools such as R/Python is a plus
  • Strong preference for prior experience in using Tableau on Workday based data 
  • Pro-active mindset
