About the Position                            

This role is the global architect for Kraft Heinz’ metrics- performance systems and analytics. You will be accountable for the overall company’s KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)- performance metrics- targets- analytics- projects and performance related processes. Consolidation and communication- using a chain of more than 100 KPI owners to influence- train- develop and interact with this community. 

Accelerating on the job performance- there is a customized company tool which related to our performance system. The Sr. Manager Performance will be working with this tool in supporting the MBO program (Management By Objectives)- that ultimately is the base for the bonus program compensation for more than 10-000 employees worldwide. Quarterly performance appraisals- goals- scores- audit and monitoring dashboards are part of this program. As owner of this performance system- you will be responsible to improve and maintain the analytics online and make it usable for all countries. The Sr. Manager Performance will have impact on more than 11-000 users; this includes- specifying requirements and cases- discuss and align with development IT teams- testing business requirements- solving problems and creating solutions- bring innovations and improvements to attend the management objectives of the software and the company culture of meritocracy and methodology.

Key Components of the role:

  • This role provides the Global Center of Excellence (GCOE)- for the Kraft Heinz global MBO community- development and implementation of best practices- controls and processes for indicators management and analytics that can be deployed by the local zone performance teams within each region and all functions (from finance and HR to Legal and Sales).
  • Strong discipline and execution are key to succeed in this role. Also- a quantitative and analytical mindset will contribute to streamline processes- priorities and timelines. Flexibility and proactivity are very important in managing the diverse stakeholders.
  • Assist with the development of new performance processes- systems and policies (from an accounting/controls perspective) as needed by the business to support growth- business change- and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree preferred  
  • 5+ years of rapid career advancement in Performance Management or related client areas  
  • Experience designing and delivering programs- projects or processes across multiple audiences- functions and countries/nationalities
  • Proven track record of problem solving- taking on entrepreneurial challenges and simplifying the complex
  • Experience leading projects and influencing a diverse audience
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong Project Management experience and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking
  • Technical proficiencies in software development and IT projects is desired- such as SCRUM methodology- BI (business intelligence) implementation- Rapid development application- software integration and testing.
  • PMP certification would be a differentiator.
  • Passionate about data analytics and project management
