Position Summary

The eCommerce Senior Manager will function as a General Manager for the Amazon Fresh sales account owning end-to-end customer relationship- financial and market share performance- digital marketing strategy & execution- and leading a high-performing team. This encompasses contract and strategic negotiations- merchandising- marketing strategy- innovation- customer supply chain- and risk management. This role reports into the Director of Amazon and holds one direct report.

Primary Responsibilities

  • End-to-end business owner of key customer account- including financial and market share performance
  • Drives efficient and effective digital marketing programs to maximize ROI. Manages end-to-end strategy of on and offline retail media growth initiatives to drive maximum results.
  • Works with customer account and Kraft Heinz teams to build and execute digital growth plans encompassing both innovative vision and flawless execution
  • Builds Kraft Heinz business with customer measured by profitable sales growth- share gains- revenue targets- special programs- new and core item introductions/distribution
  • Drive category growth through customer insights and analysis of consumer decision trees to disproportionately growth categories online
  • Create and monitor data reports to analyze trends of grocery products to highlight opportunities and address risks to the Kraft Heinz grocery portfolio
  • Leads cross‐functional business planning in sales planning- category management- supply chain efficiency- technology- and local marketing
  • Serves as primary voice and advocate within Kraft Heinz HQ eCommerce organization for their account
  • Provides a single point of accountability to the customer for all company activities
  • Services the customer by establishing positive business relationships with decision makers- providing category management expertise programs at the retail level
  • Provides updates to management on competitive activity (both at customer and in the market)- customer specific strategy changes- key marketplace updates and other business related activities
  • Leads business reviews and customer visits- including quarterly reviews and “top‐to‐top” meetings
  • Manages seamless execution of business operation.


  • 5+ years of experience managing an eCommerce business including marketing and media budget- and customer relationship
  • Bachelor’s degree- MBA preferred
  • Strong understanding of the key tenets of eCommerce and digital merchandising
  • Strong sales or merchandising background with excellent understanding of business processes and systems
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage a scaled business
  • Significant experience in building customer relationships
  • Proven people leader with emphasis on team development
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Strong financial acumen – understanding of profit and revenue drivers and analysis
  • Proficiency in consumer demand strategy and budgeting
  • Proven strategic planning and execution
