At a glance...

Work with the Global Head of Performance and a globally distributed team to design and improve the technology, processes and analytics that support performance management at Kraft Heinz. You will act as Product Owner of our key tools and technologies, continuously evolving them to improve user-centricity and their impact on the business. You will look for opportunities to harness automation and AI and be the Product Owner for any new technologies required to enable new performance frameworks or initiatives that we create as we transform Performance in the company.

What's on the Menu?

  • Product Owner of Performance technology, most prominently Goalz, the internal performance software utilized by over 10,000 employees. Goalz enables performance management and allows users to connect their individual/team contribution to the overall company results and strategy.

  • Manage the data related to our performance system, generating insights to inform and influence C-Level stakeholders, shaping Kraft Heinz future performance and reward framework.

  • Design and refine our processes, tools and analytics, increasing the efficiency of our performance teams.

  • Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms to streamline performance management processes and enhance data accuracy and accessibility.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance analytics that support the delivery of business results.

  • Own the training and provide guidance to user-base and a community of over 100 KPI Owners.

Recipe for Success: Apply now if this sounds like you!

  • 5+ years in Performance Management, Consulting or Product Management, ideally in a Global environment.

  • Intellectually curious with an interest in performance management and how it can drive business results via incentive programs, KPI tracking, continuous feedback, talent development and PM frameworks such as MBO and OKRs.

  • Passionate about technology and the opportunity to harness new capabilities and innovations.

  • Product Owner experience in an Agile/Scrum environment working with remove developers and other third parties.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to break down problems, and bring a structured approach to generate solutions.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management, building collaborative relationships across different functions, geographies and at all levels of seniority.
