Description & Requirements

Primary Responsibilities

• You work in close partnership with the platform owner and the Global IT teams on each new platform initiative ensuring platform health, enabling integration, and improving performances.

• Collaborate directly with business process owners to help addressing new requirement or any issues.

• Mentor and develop junior platform engineers

• You analyze and work on delivering new features and services to address business demands and solving issues thanks to your analytical skills and triaging skills.
• You work closely with Data Engineers and developers to help them deliver analyses for use cases.
• You monitor regularly platform health and are able to share messages in clear, actionable way
• You make sure pro-active actions performed whenever any outage or delay encountered happened.
• Present implementation progress / results to senior level executives and process teams
• Lead and participate in various onsite customer workshops with process mining / automation product team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Power Platform developer

• Preferable certifications in: PL-400

• Business Processes knowledge in CPG industry (OM, AP, Procurement etc.) will be added advantage
• Experience is interacting, understanding and supporting customer needs
• Proven experiences working with Agile methodologies
• Desire to work in Automation solutions, Big Data, Development
• Excellent analytical skills, well-structured approach and ability to grasp concepts quickly
