About the position

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Finance Specialist (m/f/d) at Kraft Heinz in Düsseldorf. In this position you will report to the Planning & Performance Lead DACH and be responsible for increasing sales and efficiency in sales and ensuring the achievement of company targets.

Main responsibilities

  • Financial analyses and monitoring of annual negotiations and sales promotions
  • Controlling and optimizing all customer discounts and rebates
  • Ensuring that all customer initiatives are financially sound
  • Analyzing the customer's monthly performance and validating the sales forecast
  • Preparation of the monthly financial forecast
  • Supporting top line budget plans at client level
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc presentations for the head of the business unit
  • Development and calculation of business cases for projects together with the sales teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree with a focus on finance/accounting/controlling
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a sales controlling function, ideally in an FMCG environment
  • Ability to analyze and summarize complex information and financial figures and to influence sales management to take appropriate action
  • Very good IT skills, especially Excel (SAP, Power Query an advantage)
  • Strong proficiency in English, German is a plus
