Description & Requirements

Sensory and Consumer Experience Intern

Start date: August/September 2024

Duration: 5 to 6 months

Platform/Project: Best Practice Program and Playbook

Location: Nijmegen

Basic Requirements:

  • You should have strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal (Dutch is not a requirement except CTI but other languages are a plus)
  • You are enrolled at a university for at least 50% study load for the duration of the internship.
  • NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, you are studying in the Netherlands or have relevant student work visa)

Sensory and Consumer Experience

Join the international Consumer & Culinary Experience R&D team in Nijmegen in strengthening our Sensory and Consumer Experience Playbook. You will be working with our Consumer Culinary Experience Excellence manager in developing and roll-out of the CX Best Practice Program. The goal is to coordinate content of Best Practices with external partners and collect internal CX team feedback to guarantee standardization on ways of working and access to Best Practices for the International CX Team. 

  • You will have the opportunity to work with our CX playbook to define the playbook environment for the CX team to make sure we have all Best Practices in place and ready to use
  • The Best Practice will guarantee standardization on ways of working within the International
  • Help to ensure a stronger chance for our products to be successful on the market.
     

Specific Team Requirements:

  • Master student in Sensory, Consumer Science with classes on UX, CX, Innovation
  • AI knowledge is crucial
  • Data analysis and statistics knowledge
  • Best Practices knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with market design research and CTI is preferred
  • Training in content development
  • You are an independent team worker with a scientific mindset.
