Description & Requirements

We have an excellent opportunity available as a Shopper Marketing Executive to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. In this role- you will work across all categories- supporting the Big 4 Retailers – this position will develop and project manage interruptive and engaging activations to drive consumer loyalty and penetration. You will have the opportunity to work across all aspects of the business to deliver the best brand activations possible.

In brief- you will be responsible for;

  • Supporting the UK shopper marketing budget & annual planning of campaigns with sales and marketing teams across the Sauces- Meals- Infant and Innovation teams.  (10%)
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution process of engaging and breakthrough shopper marketing projects designed to drive penetration- brand visibility and trial (25%)
  • Support the retailer sell-in process to our top retailers to unlock strongest execution possible (15%)
  • Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Sales & Marketing) and alongside our shopper marketing agency to ensure executions are briefed in a timely manner and in accordance with retailer critical paths. (25%)
  • Support in the review of performance- ROI and tracking of campaigns and apply learnings for future initiatives (10%)
  • Support the Senior Shopper Marketing Manager in being the voice of the retailer within the marketing team- helping marketing create disruptive key visuals and adhering to retailer timelines.  (15%)

Qualifications

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Sales- Customer marketing function
  • Ability to project manage multiple work streams
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of working with Big 4 Retailers
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (especially PPT)
