About the Role

Reporting into the Head of Route to Market- in this position- you will be building and leading a shopper strategy across our total NZ business. Working with departments such as commercial strategy- marketing & sales to deliver a shopper first experience for our brands & products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop beginning to end omni-channel shopper marketing strategy to deliver best-in class activations that span the entire shopper journey. (taking into consideration channel- customer & category)
  • Build- Manage and lead Major Customer Marketing relationships developing market leading implementation and strategy by channel
  • Integrate Tools Using Shopper insight to build targeted campaigns.
  • Lead and develop strategic online shopper activities.

About You

  • Sales- Marketing- Category or Shopper Management experiences 5+ years FMCG (or Shopper Agency)- and involvement with influencing and operating within a matrix structure.
  • Proven record working with multiple channels- such as Grocery- Food Service or New Business.
  • Has project management experience across activation projects.
  • P&L Management - financial understanding- analytical skills & strong business acumen.
