About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Site Controller to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Site Controller is based in Utrecht and responsible for leading finance of food manufacturing factory. This is a highly profiled role which requires excellent leadership and analytical skills. You’ll be part of Site Leadership Team- partnering with key stakeholders within a fast-paced environment. You’ll be reporting to the Manufacturing Controller in Central Finance Team with dotted line report to Site Manager of the factory. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior partners. The role of Finance Controller will focus on handling and controlling finance of plant in order to guarantee and optimize its financial performance and competitiveness.
In brief- you will be responsible for
- Leading all aspects of the Supply Chain Finance process- operating as an effective Finance Business Partner ensuring the results are achieved with compliance to KHC policies.
- Reporting- planning & analysis and providing recommendations and decision making for the leadership team to enable accurate & timely finance support to drive sound- informed and quality business decision making
Principal Accountabilities
- Coordination and preparation of the company budget process.
- Leading of planning & control cycle (actuals- forecast)
- Preparation and analysis of actual results on a weekly- monthly basis
- Spend control and optimization
- Driving continuously the factory performance by identifying improvement areas that require action from operations team
- Management and execution processes in the SAP ERP system
- Establishing and implementation of internal control processes to align with KHC policies including SOX controls
- Supervise and handle financial department staff
- Report to Central Finance team with timely and accurate financial information
- Support capital and value engineering projects of the business
Qualifications
Hard Skills
Education
- Degree in Business Management and Administration- degree in Economics or equivalent
- Master’s degree in the field of finance Work Experience (preferably)
Experience
- 2 to 5 years’ experience as a Site Controller within FMCG or similar industry
Knowledge
- Advanced user of MS Office applications (Excel- Power Point- Teams)
- Knowledge of SAP ERP
- Language Knowledge: English & Dutch (preferably- not required)
