About the Position

We have an excellent opportunity available for an expert Site Controller to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Site Controller is based in France, Seclin and is responsible for owning the finance of our food manufacturing factory. You’ll be part of a hard-working team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal and external senior stakeholders. The delivery of results will be the primary responsibility. The role of Finance Controller will focus on handling and controlling finance of the plant to guarantee and optimize its financial performance and competitiveness.


 

In brief, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing all aspects of the Supply Chain Finance process, operating as an effective Finance Business Partner ensuring the results are achieved with compliance to KHC policies.
  • Providing financial information required to the Company for decision making (budgets, production costs, control of investments, etc.) always aligning with Heinz policies.
  • Coordination and preparation of the company budget process.
  • Leading of costs planning & control cycles (actuals, forecast)
  • Preparation and analysis of results on a weekly, monthly, yearly basis
  • Driving continuously the factory performance by identifying improvement areas that require action from operations team
  • Preparation of financial information for the company investments (CapEx projects, innovation projects).  
  • Management and execution processes in the SAP ERP system
  • Establishing and implementation of internal control processes to comply with KHC policies
  • Supervise and manage financial department staff
  • Ensure that the procedures with the administrations are carried out in time and appropriate manner.

Qualifications and Experiences


Hard Skills
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • Degree in Business Management and Administration, degree in Economics or equivalent
  • Master’s degree in the field of finance Work Experience (preferably)
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Site Controller or Senior Finance Analyst within FMCG or similar industry
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Teams)
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP is an advantage
  • Language Knowledge: French & English (sufficient for reporting to the headquarters in the Netherlands)
