Description & Requirements

Develop and create advance planogram plan 

1. Integrates robust data analysis and variables to develop and maintain planograms reflecting the category’s strategic vision- most optimal assortments- mass localization- merchandising guidelines and size requirements.  

2. Develop- revise and maintain planogram documents for specific product categories. 

3. Develop- revise and maintain product and image databases. 

4. Coordinate the process of creating- designing and ordering appropriate displays and signing for all Planogram plans. 

5. Write and design POGs for various channels captaincy  / non captaincy accounts 

Monitor and identify the opportunity in shelf share  

6. Recommends and executes on assortment recommendations with respective partnership accounts for revisions that directly contribute to improved category performance.  

7. Anticipate and respond to category role changes and competitors’ activity in full alignment with the respective accounts. 

Seek and identify opportunities in order to maximize category growth- market share- volume growth- value and profitability by optimizing space utilization 

8. Control & monitor all activities related to space management for Modern Trade accounts to ensure maximum space share and therefore support sales growth and business relationship. 

9. Analyze placement and space allocation of all products based on sales potential- inventory turnover and profit margin. 

10. Create analytically informed space allocation and/or product listing recommendations with supporting analysis to management 

Lead implementation of Planogram 

11. Manage the execution of space management implementation with all resources (KAM- MD- SPG) and ensure all agreed planogram are well implemented properly 

12. Implement standard merchandising and standard display guidance 

13. Develop & maintain relationship with all customer as a category partner. 

14. Ensure sustainable execution and lead continuous improvements. 

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree of any major
  • 3-5 years minimum working experience in FMCG in planogram functio
  • Have a strong in analytical skill (market situation- consumer insight- category strategy
  • Have a sufficient project management skills
  • Strong capability in space management technical (planogram software) 
  • Expertly able to operate space management software to produce- organize- and present detailed or complex planogram information 
  • Have a strong drive & high energy (get jobs done attitude)- hands on and pragmatic- independent and proactive.
  • Comfortable working in changing environments- highly adaptable and of high endurance.
  • A team player- effective communicator- strong interpersonal skills and ownership behavior.
