Base Salary Range: $85,400.00 - $106,800.00

Target Total Cash Range: $106,750.00 - $133,500.00

Target Total Cash: Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings.

Description & Requirements

The Sr. Analyst, Demand Planner will be responsible for managing production requirements at multiple manufacturing facilities. This role will be an important cross-functional team player across Operations, Sales, Innovation, Marketing and Strategy, Insights and Planning.  The Sr. Analyst, Demand Planner is responsible for balancing competing objectives of minimizing inventory investment while satisfying forecasted customer demands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the management and development of our short-term and long-term supply planning process.

  • Meet with the Strategy, Insights, and Planning department to review and understand changes in our customer demand forecast.

  • Able to take an analytical approach to supply planning using multiple information sources for developing a supply plan, i.e., orders, shipments, consumption, weeks of supply, revenue management, lead time, and previous production attainment.

  • Liaise between Supply Planning and Sales, Marketing and Innovation

  • Communicate production changes, stockouts, and overages to varying stakeholders.

  • Track the company’s current inventory, including aging inventory.

  • Negotiate with vendors and/or suppliers to meet supply needs.

  • Understand the capacity and capability at each manufacturer.

  • Manage strategic inventory levels on existing products and new product launches to factor in lead times to support overall business requirements.

  • Minimize slow moving and obsolete materials. Proactively manage obsolete inventory.

  • Leverage Excel and other analytics tools to improve business performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • An undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics is required.

  • 1+ years in related fields in the CPG industry: supply planning, supply chain management, demand planning, or production coordination

  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process

  • Solid numerical and analytical skill set with the ability to interpret quantitative data.

  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively.

  • Ability to handle simultaneous projects and deliver within agreed-upon time frames.

  • Self-starter with can-do attitude

  • Sound judgment using available data.

  • Good communication skills to interact with vendors, suppliers, customers, and other supply chain team members.

  • Attention to detail and ability to focus on numbers for long periods.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
