 Senior Analyst, Marketing – Lunchables 

The Senior Analyst administers tactical programs or projects of the Lunchables portfolio, assists in the development of overall marketing/brand build plans and programs. 
 

Key Components of the role  

 

  • Contribute to development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan for Ready to Drink category 

  • Work with Comms to execute tactical marketing communications programs and/or promotional brand activities 

  • Administer advertising and promotional budgets 

  • Analyze business performance, identify actions needed, and administer action plan on key metrics to drive demand for the portfolio (market share, volume and revenue trends and drivers, competitive performance) 

  • Administer driver-based business forecast modelling 

  • Partner with Sales to identify business opportunities and execute retail programming 

  • Coordinate consumer insights and brand promotions 

  • Administer program execution and advancement of near-in commercialization 

  • Ensure efficient supply chain management 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 

  • 1 to 2 years of experience (prior experience in marketing preferred) 

  • Excellent organizational skills, self-starter and ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities 

  • Accurate and timely reporting with drive to improve and streamline processes 

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment

We believe our office environment fuels our collaboration, connection & community as an organization and allows our employees to grow toward greatness.
