As part of Disruptive Innovation- you will work in a dynamic environment creating entrepreneurial solutions in the food space. The solutions you create will have significant impact on consumers’ lives and be growth game changers for Kraft Heinz.

This role will sit in the Growth Office on the Disruptive Innovation team and be responsible for pioneering new agile innovation methodologies to bring disruptive- consumer driven innovation to market. The SABM Innovation will be a key member of a small- focused cross functional team to bring these new products to life by leading key marketing initiatives and executing the development & implementation of agile in-market experiments in pursuit of scaling the launch.

This position requires a candidate that is a self-starter- innovator- collaborator- and driver of results.  The ideal candidate has experience in disruptive innovation and with methods such as Design Thinking and/or Agile (scrum).  This approach to disruptive innovation is new within the growth organization so the individual needs to be flexible- have a growth mindset- and be comfortable with ambiguity.  This role will require a high level of collaboration with the business units and cross functional team to implement the strategy and execute the launch.  This individual will support the end-to-end direction including go to market strategies- test and learn experiments & learnings.   • Serve as Marketing Lead for Agile Pod (5-6 person team); entrepreneurial team focused on launching a new innovation that targets future disruption
  • Partner with Agile team to develop and implement experiments to Test- Learn and Iterate solutions with consumers and retailers
  • Lead key marketing initiatives- including but not limited to- development of packaging graphics- marketing ads and other marketing communication for the proposition
  • Participate in entrepreneurial activities outside the realm of traditional Marketing as pod members build personal capabilities across many functions
  • Support test market launch and building plan to scale launch
  • Participate in agency-led methodologies and teaching- with an eye for future application of Agile (SCRUM) and Design Thinking  principles across KHC
  • Own the P&L- competitive analysis and retailer sell-in materials (in partnership with business unit)


  • Bachelor’s degree required- MBA preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing for an established or startup CPG company
  • Consumer centric & growth mindset – learn fast vs. avoid failure
  • Prior or relevant experience working in Agile Teams (SCRUM) and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business a plus
  • Experience with Design Thinking and Lean Start Up a plus
  • Strong personal motivation in a fast-paced- often ambiguous environment- with a bias for action
  • Demonstrated ability to influence teams and experience managing multiple stakeholders
  • Outstanding verbal- written and interpersonal communications skills to internal/external partners
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills; ability to leverage syndicated data sources to assess competitive space- bringing forth insights and recommendations to integrate into overall strategy
  • Experience in cross-functional team management; excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and actively participate in group settings
  • Continuous “Learn & Apply” mentality for fast-paced and complex agency-led process
  • “Big picture” perspective on application of Agile and Design Thinking across KHC- while also delivering the innovation initiative at hand
  • Flexible- “Jack of all Trades” mentality required: Openness to learn and execute tasks outside of traditional Marketing responsibilities (plan and conduct consumer interviews- review new industry technologies- etc.)
