Senior Brand Managers are leaders in our brands and businesses: You unearth opportunity to drive impact and turn ideas into actions. Your responsibilities will span across strategy, advertising, media, and agency management. This position is best suited for someone who is creative, has a bias for action, a love for social media, and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working both horizontally and vertically across an organization to keep multiple projects and priorities moving forward to achieve goals.
The Sr. Brand Manager role will lead communications for our iconic kids’ beverage brand, Capri Sun. You will be responsible for partnering with incredible creative talent to ways to make this brand relevant for a new generation of kids and parents. You will be responsible for thinking differently about how we advertise, and for inspiring others to do the same. You will be leading the launch of ground-breaking innovation.
Key Components of the Role
Lead full cross-agency team (creative, social, media, PR) to build breakthrough communications that will build brand equity and drive long-term growth for the business. Responsible for owning all parts of the creative process, including:
The development of the creative brief
The creation of a creative strategy, grounded in an understanding of the consumer and culture
Identification of the best creative ideas for development
Driving agency discussion, owner of feedback to lead agency
Thinking strategically and holistically across full marketing mix, with specific focus and passion on emerging platforms
Creating research framework for campaign development
Managing the overall brand communications budget
Develop a deep comprehension of the consumer and use consumer insights to drive brand and campaign strategy; identify areas of opportunity to deepen understanding and partner with insights leads to answer
Drive strong collaboration with internal Kraft Heinz cross-functional partners, including category marketing, PR and corporate communications, media house, consumer insights, sales, finance as we take creative ideas & activations from concept to reality
Lead discussions during presentations with business unit and marketing senior leadership, and champion bold and breakthrough ideas at the most senior levels of our organization
Analyze data to develop strategies and assess in market results to drive business objectives; develop learning agendas to drive continuous improvement in our advertising efforts
Qualifications
Creative innovators with the courage to stand up for ideas and are passionate about the power of brand, design & consumer experience to impact strategic direction of business
Proven track record of drive for results and leadership
Operates with agility with solid problem solving and simplification skills
Strong communication, influence and relationship building skills in a cross-functional team environment
Advanced experience in marketing or experience supporting on the agency side (advertising, consulting, media), social media specific experience a plus
Models resiliency in a dynamic, fast paced work environment that requires flexibility to manage multiple simultaneous projects
