Description & Requirements

Innovation is a critical pillar for the growth at Kraft Heinz.  Reporting to the Head of Away from Home Marketing, the Sr Brand Manager, Marketing Innovation & Growth associate will play a vital role in the development and launch of innovation for Away from Home.  As the owner of the innovation pipeline, this role will partner across teams to ensure Away from Home is the Engine of innovation for Kraft Heinz.  The responsibilities are well-rounded and specifically designed for a leader to step in and build marketing & innovation fundamentals for themselves and the team. 

Key Components of the Role 

  • Own the brand innovation pipeline from ideation through launch for Away from Home. 

  • Strategic approach for the identification, curation, and ownership of the innovation pipeline

  • Collaborate closely with all marketing teams to create the One Engine approach for the innovation pipeline. 

  • Lead our innovation culture by driving our brands to launch products that reinforce Global Trends and Culture

  • Work with cross functional teams (R&D, culinary, consumer insights, quality, legal, operations, sales, and finance) to commercialize the innovation pipeline for Away from Home through the stage gate process.  

  • Own the innovation processes and deliverables for Away from Home – including Stage Gate deliverables, resourcing, and prioritization. 

  • Support the strategy of ESG initiatives for our portfolio.  

  • Support development of go to market plans including launch sell in stories. 

  • Be a strong contributor to the innovation culture.

  • Marketing expertise required; emphasis in growth & innovation 

  • Passion for innovation and proven innovative approach 

  • Excellent interpersonal and execution skills

  • Strong time management skills

  • Excellent prioritization skills

  • Ability to influence teams and be highly collaborative

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data or trends to form strong conclusions

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
