We are looking for an insight driven, proactive, and motivated individual to join our Walmart team as a Senior Customer Sales Analyst.  The Senior Customer Sales Analyst is a sales position that provides business insights and unit/revenue growth recommendations through category research delivered to Customer Business Teams.  This role will leverage a deep understanding of the consumer, customer, competitive set, and company goals to identify insights to drive the business; and will lead stakeholder thinking to turn those insights into action.  The scope of this role is across Kraft Heinz’s Refrigerated & Frozen categories, a critically important, multi-billion-dollar business.  Reporting to the Customer Vice President, Walmart Team, this position will identify & address new and existing business opportunities for our business teams. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Identify insights, present learning, and deliver business recommendations to drive joint business growth. 
  • Collaborate with the sales & corporate teams to achieve customer unit, revenue, distribution, feature, and display goals.
  • Design, prepare and deliver regular category, customer, and account performance reports. 
  • Conduct annual category reviews and quarterly assessments of key business drivers.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analysis with curiosity and agility, in a way that proactively uncovers business opportunities.
  • Develop & build impactful customer specific selling stories that reflect key category business-building initiatives.
  • Partner with the Sales team to prepare, lead and deliver materials for external meetings.
  • Attend customer meetings to assist sales team in presenting business cases.

Qualifications 

  • Strong leadership skills with ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan and drive action.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities with high proficiency in data analysis.
  • Experience with data analytics tools and systems associated to the Walmart ecosystem, including but not limited to Luminate, IRI, etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent collaborator and proven ability to work as a team.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Must be a self-starter.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills.

Work Environment & Schedule

This position is considered a normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations. Offices are open workspaces. Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations.

Physical demands include but not limited to

  • Willingness to drive and/or travel as needed.
  • Operate a computer and view screens for the majority of work schedule.

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment
