Description & Requirements

This rolet is the primary point of contact for all data-driven insights related to Revenue Management (pricing- promotion- and mix). Candidate must be able to work with large sets of data and translate findings to actionable recommendations suitable for the Leadership team. Individual must work independently and with cross functional partners in Brand- Category Development- Sales etc.


- Monthly update of critical KPI and revenue management reports for internal finance- sales and category development using SQL (POS Data)- Spark- Nielsen and Oracle (FiT)

- Adhoc pricing and/or promotion related analysis for the category teams- BBP and CFO

- Transition and develop reporting in Tableau- automate data refreshes and processes for reporting backend using Cloudera Hadoop and/or SAP Hana

- Frequent training sessions for cross functional audience to refresh tool usage and provide sample case studies

- Data mining and mapping to hierarchical structures for consistent analysis and reporting

- Manage working relationship with the Global Centre of Excellence counterparts to introduce and execute revenue management initiatives (i.e. shopper analysis tools- monthly consumption review) in Canada

- Work cross functionally with category development- sales and internal finance to manage and update the price-to-retailers and price-to-consumers


  • Bachelor's degree in Business- Finance- or Economics
  • 1-3 years of experience with proven track record of delivering results in sales- finance- analytics- shopper insights or supply chain
  • Sales and/or trade promotion experience strongly preferred
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to quickly learn analytical modeling tools and techniques
  • Disciplined approach toward execution- attention to detail- and ability to navigate within large and complex data environments
  • Ability to effectively summarize complex information upwards to drive appropriate action
  • Strong oral and written communication skills- including reporting and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain flexibility in an ever-changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and sell recommendations internally
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (additional system knowledge such as Nielson tools- Oracle- Cloudera Hadoop and SAP is highly advantageous)
